Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! Water creates natural resistance during this class so every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Zumba - LLRC

in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba features exotic
rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Zumba Toning - LLRC

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar. Learn how to use lightweight weights to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.

Zumba/Zumba Toning - LLRC

Try our combination Zumba/Zumba Toning class on Saturday mornings! We’ll do 30 minutes of Zumba followed by 30 minutes of Zumba Toning. The perfect combination to start off your weekend!

Note: We need you to pre-register for group fitness classes – we require a minimum of five registrants to run a class, and we check our registration numbers two days before the start of the class. For example, we have Water Aerobics starting on a Monday night so we would check to see if we have five registrants on Friday.
