Intermediate Yoga — LLRC

Our yoga classes link yoga poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Our Intermediate Yoga class will give you the opportunity to move from simple to more complex postures or asanas. We will focus on alignment and a strong understanding of yoga poses. Prior knowledge of basic poses is beneficial but certainly not necessary. Equipment such as yoga mats are available at the LLRC—no need to bring your own!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga — LLRC
The Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will build strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Vinyasa class sequencing is built around sun salutations and encourages the link between mindful body movement and breath. This yoga practice connects postures or asanas through breath and is a dynamic class. Prior knowledge of basic poses is beneficial but certainly not necessary. Equipment such as yoga mats are available at the LLRC—no need to bring your own!
Yoga For Every Body — LLRC
TH 7:00 PM
Our Yoga For Every Body class will help you practice basic postures to build a strong yoga foundation. The class includes a flowing style that will help you understand the proper alignment as well as strength building through held poses. Props may be added and relaxation time is included at the end of class. All levels welcome – no experience necessary! Equipment such as yoga mats are available at the LLRC—no need to bring your own!

Note: We need you to pre-register for group fitness classes – we require a minimum of five registrants to run a class, and we check our registration numbers two days before the start of the class. For example, we have Water Aerobics starting on a Monday night so we would check to see if we have five registrants on Friday. Must be a minimum of 13 years old to participate.
