Strength Training

Join us for a total body workout and an educational exercise experience. Let us teach you the proper technique when using free weights, body bars, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a variety of strength training exercises. Personalized workouts and an experienced instructor will help you strengthen and tone every major muscle group. 6 sessions. Instructor: Denice Kleve
