Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training training is a fun way to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic. Our group training option presents the opportunity for you to experience the benefits, creativity, and motivation of our personal trainers as well as the motivation of the “buddy system” – tapping into your friends, family, and co-workers to work with you to achieve everyone’s goals. Personal trainers will design personalized workouts, supervise your program, and keep everyone involved accountable.
