Personal Training

Personal Training is an approach to health and fitness that implements one-on-one attention and motivation as well as attention to personal goals. Personal training sessions can incorporate cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and balance/core training. Let us help keep you accountable, add fun and variety to your workout, and develop a program suited to your needs.

"Thanks for all your help with this big step in my life. Your facility is beautiful, and I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there who works with me, etc. Keep up the great work."  Personal Training Client, 2014
