Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga introduces several yoga poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Linking these poses is called vinyasa. This class will work all parts of the body equally creating an experience of non-judgment and non-competition for participants. Yoga mat, water, towel and comfortable clothing recommended. This class will accommodate a beginner as well as an intermediate skill level.
