Fit Over Fifty
6 Week Session— Meets 2x/week
This class for those over the age of 50 includes flexibility, strength, and coordination training using light weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. 12 sessions, Mondays and Fridays. NO Class on May 28. Instructor: Denice Kleve.
