Ballistic Strength

To increase strength and muscle tone, we’ll use stability balls and BOSU balls to challenge each muscle in your body. We’ll include stretching, strengthening, balance, and coordination activities on the stability balls and BOSU balls to provide you with a challenging full body workout. 6 consecutive Tuesdays. Instructor: Denice Kleve.
