Living Trust vs. Will/Probate

There is an increasing popularity in using Living Trusts for estate planning instead of the more traditional will/probate process. While there are advantages to the Living Trust arrangement, they are not necessarily the answer many think it is. This introductory course will cover the anatomy of the Living Trust arrangement and emphasize that this is not something the uninitiated should attempt without professional input. Trusts of any kind can become traps and cause more trouble and expense than intended. 5 hours general credit. Tuition includes state filing fee.
