Coordinator of Residence Life and Student Activities

This position may include instructional responsibility for courses including Applied Math Topics, Elementary Algebra, Math Fundamentals, Algebra and Trigonometry, Math for Liberal Arts, and Statistics. Iowa Advanced Manufacturing (I-AM) Recruiter/Trainer
Will work with NCC administrators to implement the NCC portion of the federally funded grant. The focus of this position will be providing recruitment, instruction, and advisement to students enrolled in the welding and manufacturing programs and area regional academy. The NCC I-AM Recruiter/Trainer will report to the appropriate I-AM administrators, and will meet with the I-AM Grant Monitoring Committee if needed. Travel will be necessary at times. Read More
Lifelong Learning and Recreation Center (LLRC) Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
To instruct and coach individuals in various exercises and activities. Help clients assess their physical fitness level and encourage and help them set and reach their fitness goals. Will include one-on-one and group fitness settings.

Application Process
Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on the stated closing date. If submitting by mail, allow sufficient time so that it is received by the closing date. Application screening and interviewing will not be done until after the closing date unless noted otherwise.

A Northwest Iowa Community College application form must be completed and submitted by the specified time. A resume may be included, but will not take the place of a fully completed application form. Do not state "See Resume" in place of completing the respective information requested on the application form. Please remember to sign your application. When indicated, copies of all academic transcripts must be included.

Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by the appointed selection committee. Only applicants with completed materials will be considered.  Appointments will be scheduled with those applicants selected for interviewing. Interview travel costs are at the applicant's expense unless stated otherwise. All applicants will be notified in writing once the position is filled.

The Smokefree Air Act law went into effect July 1, 2008. Northwest Iowa Community College's buildings, grounds, and college vehicles are now smoke free.
