Learning Center/Alternative High School Secretary
The Learning Center/Alternative High School Secretary will work under the supervision of the Director of Learning Center and Alternative High School who is responsible to the Vice President of Student and Academic Services. In this full-time position, the secretary’s duties will be distributed at 75% to Learning Center and 25% to Alternative High School. IVRS (Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services) Intermediary Network Coordinator
Overseeing work of IVRS Learning Intermediary Network (LIN). Develop, deliver and evaluate work-based learning opportunities for secondary school students with an IEP or 504 plan and potentially eligible and vocational rehabilitation eligible students. Serve as a knowledgeable resource and advocate for work-based learning. Will require regular travel within Merged Area IV and statewide meetings.

Systems Integration Specialist
Full time position. Maintains, analyzes, designs, troubleshoots, and supports the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management system. Responsible for architecting integrations for various applications from the student records system and CRM with the rest of Northwest Iowa Community College’s systems, including website and intranet portal. Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure infrastructure requirements are met for the applications. Title III Grant Activity Director/Academic Program Director
(Position grant funded for five years with likelihood of continuation after the grant.) Full-time; individual will be located on the campus of Northwest Iowa Community college. Under the general direction of the Title III Strengthening Institutions Grant Project Director, the Title III Activity Director will be responsible for implementing all three components of the Title III grant. In addition they will work with the Dean of the Center for Teaching and Learning to develop, coordinate, and implement online academic programs. Part-Time CNA Instructors
Part-time CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) Instructors needed to teach 75-hour CNA Course on NCC campus and/or at area high schools. Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on the stated closing date. If submitting by mail, allow sufficient time so that it is received by the closing date. Application screening and interviewing will not be done until after the closing date unless noted otherwise.

A Northwest Iowa Community College application form must be completed and submitted by the specified time. A resume may be included, but will not take the place of a fully completed application form. Do not state "See Resume" in place of completing the respective information requested on the application form. Please remember to sign your application. When indicated, copies of all academic transcripts must be included.

Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by the appointed selection committee. Only applicants with completed materials will be considered.  Appointments will be scheduled with those applicants selected for interviewing. Interview travel costs are at the applicant's expense unless stated otherwise. All applicants will be notified in writing once the position is filled.
Smokefree Policy
The Smokefree Air Act law went into effect July 1, 2008. Northwest Iowa Community College's buildings, grounds, and college vehicles are now smoke free. In addition, smoking is no longer allowed outdoors, inside vehicles parked on campus, and on any college-owned property including the residence halls. Click here for more information
