Try out one of the top-rated group fitness classes, and get started at your own pace. This beginners-only class will introduce you to our cycling classes at a slower pace and a shorter duration. Get started and get acquainted with this great fitness class! Please note that this is only a ½ hour class, and it is meant for new indoor cycling participants.
Feb. 17 thru April 10, 2014 Registration opens Jan. 27th
Note: We need you to pre-register for group fitness classes – we require a minimum of 4 registrants to run a class, and we check our registration number 2 days before the start of the class. For example, we have Water Aerobics starting on a Monday night we would check to see if we have four registrants on Friday.
