Try our kickboxing class to kick your workout routine up a notch! Our instructor will ensure that you get a great workout using boxing and kickboxing techniques. Add kickboxing bags, agility drills, and an aerobics conditioning component, and this class rocks! Limit 8 participants.
Feb. 17 thru April 10, 2014 Registration opens Jan. 27th
Note: We need you to pre-register for group fitness classes – we require a minimum of 4 registrants to run a class, and we check our registration numbers 2 days before the start of the class. For example, we have Water Aerobics starting on a Monday night so we would check to see if we have four registrants on Friday.
